At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

I will be running the Hackney Half Marathon on 22nd June 2014 in aid of the Alzheimer's Society.

This charity is close to my heart as my Grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease several years ago.

In addition to the Hackney Half I am also taking part in a company-wide Graduate Charity Challenge through Lloyds Banking Group. As a team we will be organising a number of fundraising events this year on behalf of the Alzheimer's Society. You can visit our page here: https://www.justgiving.com/teams/TheDarkHorses

Any donations will be greatly appreciated.
