Some of you will have noticed that I have been training hard for this marathon over the last year.  The main focus of the training has been to ensure that I have adequate calories on board - most of which I have stored around the belly region!

Since I shall in effect be heaving the equivalent of two people round the route, it is time for you to dig deep and sponser double!
