I'm attempting the Bob Graham Round - http://www.bobgrahamclub.co.uk/bobgrahamround.co.uk/round.htm

This is approx 66 mile run around the Lake District, taking in all the well known mountain peaks - Scafell, Great Gable etc, the total ascent/descent for the round is 28,000ft and has to be completed in 24 hours. I will be aiming to complete in approx 23 hours.

I'd like to raise as much money as possible on this attempt and have chosen Odyssey as the charity to support. The idea to support this charity came from Nicky Spinks, who some of you will know, for those that don't, here's her blog; http://www.runbg.co.uk/

As you can see from her blog, Nicky is a formidable runner and a real inspiration and has been tremendously supportive to me and other runners.
