We chose Macmillan Cancer Support as a good cause close to our hearts: one of the team has a mother battling cancer; and my uncle Tim, after whom I was named, died of leukaemia aged just 7.  

This is my first fundraise for years, and it's a madcap challenge with a mixed team of courageous colleagues who've agreed to get electrocuted, filthy, frozen and frazzled - so please give generously!
