This Sunday (25th) I will once again be competing in the Great South Run around the streets of Portsmouth. I'm running for the Hampshire Autistic Society who have provided great support  to a neighbour of ours whose son is autistic over a number of years. They do a really great job supporting children with this condition and their parents, like Mary.
