<p>I am doing the "Run to the Beat" half-marathon around Greenwich in September. I'm running on behalf of Little Buds charity who helped some friends of mine and Sharons through a very difficult time recently when they tragically lost their baby at 39 weeks.</p>
<p>Any amount, however little (or large) will go a long way towards helping this very worthwhile charity and I can promise you that every donation is very much appreciated.</p>
