I am taking part in two events on the 15th and 16 September and we are raising money across Geoban UK to support Age UK and Barnardo's

On the Friday 15th September we will be taking part in a community project which will involve building a mountain bike skills track for Woodrow High House, a residential centre run by the London Youth charity. London Youth supports 9,000 young people and the track will be an invaluable new facility to help young people build confidence whilst having fun, getting fit and healthy, and developing positive relationships with peers.

On Saturday the 16th September, we'll be completing a 47 mile cycle challenge.

As many know I am a keen cyclist and its great to be able to combine that interest with supporting 3 great charities.
