Michelle, Alex and I are taking on the challenge of a 10k run, in aid of two worthy charities: The Christie and Space4Autism.  This page allows you to donate towards Space4Autism.  We have a second page to allow you to donate towards The Christie.

The challenge has been set by Senior Aerospace BWT and I've managed to talk Michelle and Alex into joining me to take it on.

As you are probably aware, running has not been my game since school (a long time ago) and the training is proving to be challenging.  But, I'd not deem it worthy of sponsorship, if it weren't a challenge.  So, any donation you can make towards either of the two charities would be greatly appreciated.
