I am joining hundreds of colleagues across the UK in Hike It or Bike It, I’ll be cycling 73 miles from Chester to Wolverhampton. Alzheimer’s Society is a charity close to my heart as both my wife’s parents were diagnosed with the illness at quite a young age. My father in law sadly passed away last November and my mother in law is in a residential home receiving wonderful care. I would like to raise as much money as possible for the charity to support people living with dementia. Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
