I haven't cycled since hiring a rusty old bike in Indonesia in summer 2015...

Wheels for Change is a fantastic event for a great cause so I have officially bowed in to peer pressure and agreed to get involved.

I do fancy a challenge, and this certainly will be a challenge as, writing this in early August 2016, I still haven't even got a bike...

100km of road riding on Friday 9th September is the challenge- starting and ending at the Olympic Velodrome in Stratford. If you fancy sponsoring me that would be fantastic and your cash will help change disadvantaged young lives thanks to the Prince's Trust's good work.
