I shall be setting of from Tynemouth Park after touching the North Sea and then walk to Blackpool Tower and touch the Irish Sea. 

This is an honour and to help an absolute legend. This man guided me during my early Army career to assist me in becoming the man I am today. I have no compunction to say that I loved this man and still do he is a LEGEND.

Dave is ex-army and ex-police. He has served his country without fear or question and has touched many lives on his journey.

If i can possibly help him and by doing this I want to leave a permanent and lasting memorial (breaks my heart to say that) to the man, the legend, the mentor, the hero and the simply good egg that is Dave (Geordie) Charlton.
