So this time I am being ridiculous in an attempt to get as much sponsorship as possible for a charity that has made a huge difference to more people than I would ever have imagined. 

SANDS, the charity that supports families through the death of a baby, enabled my sister and brother-in-law to spend time with James when he was born too early. Thanks to them they have his precious foot and and hand prints and treasured photos. We never met James but he is a huge part of our family. I am fundraising for SANDS to make sure that the invaluable help that they provide can continue to make a huge difference to families at a time when they need it most. 

On the 28th May I am running 100k from London to Brighton. In old money that is 62 miles. In any language it is a massively long way. You only have one chance to sponsor me in an ultra as I have no intention of ever doing one again. So please make the most of it and dig deep!

The children at my school, the wonderful Fishergate Primary, are going to help me with my fundraising. As part of my training I have to run a number of marathons and they will be running 26.2 miles with me on May 4th. I will take a different group of children with me for each mile. So this page is for their sponsorship too!
