Just a week after the run, today we lost our dear friend Pam, to cancer. A beautiful lady who loved life, and who loved making her friends and family happy. Cruelly taken too soon, and too quickly.

I've done it now - 2 hours 7 mins, which is 19 minutes quicker than last year! Very pleased with myself, especially with the amounts coming in for Cancer Research UK - I'm adding all the cash donations to the offline total, and will then do a lump sum card payment to justgiving. Thanks to everyone who has sponsored me and wished me well, I've had fantastic encouragement both before and during the run.
