In June, myself and a number of colleagues will be climbing and descending the three highest peaks in the UK within 24 hours, and raising awareness and money for Talent Beyond Boundaries Inc. 

War and conflict have forced millions of skilled people to find refuge in places where they are unable to work legally. TBB is working to connect this often excluded talent pool with employers around the world who are searching for skilled workers. 

IRESS has been involved with TBB for a number of years as we have worked to hire talented professionals for a new start.
