So I'm not very fit and this is going to be quite tough. But that shows how much I value this charity and the work it does. I will be truly grateful for any and all donations no matter how big or small. This charity is funding medical research into treatments for paralysis due to back and neck injuries. These injuries can have a profound effect on people far beyond the physical injury and I firmly believe in the good that this charity is doing.
