My name's Toby and I'm from London. I hadn't heard of Grace House until I started studying at Durham University where it is my college's (Josephine Butler) official charity. Grace House does life changing work for children and young people (5-18 years) with severe disabilities and life-threatening conditions.  During planned short breaks (at the House) they give the young people the time of their lives while allowing their families a break from caring.

We're going to be doing the Yorkshire 3-Peaks Charity Expedition. We will be climbing the peaks of the highest mountains in Yorkshire: Pen-y-ghent, Whernside and Ingleborough, over the space of just over 12 hours.
