Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Personnel from RAF Portreath are going to walk the 303 miles from Harland Quay in Bude to Plymouth. We will be walking the coastal paths, which will take us through some of the most beautiful scenery in the world, but it will an arduous endeavour. However we are keen, willing and able to complete the challenge and raise money for such a worthwhile and invaluable cause.

So please dig deep and donate now, every penny we raise really makes a difference. Everybody at RAF Portreath thanks you for your generosity.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.

Children's Hospice South West

We provide hospice care to life-limited children and their families from across the South West; from South Gloucester, Bristol, Somerset, Devon and Cornwall, and the Isles of Scilly.

Some families may use the hospice for many years, from the time the child is first diagnosed as having an incurable condition which will mean they will die in childhood. The whole family can stay at our hospices, and with a dedicated sibling support service available, this means that the well brothers and sisters can be cared for during their visit and enjoy spending time with other children in similar situations to their own.

The support we give extends to the whole family, into bereavement and beyond for as long as each family needs us. With over 1,000 life-limited children across the South West, our support for families is absolutely vital.
