Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
In August 2015, staff and students from The Blue Coat Church of England School and Music College will be hiking to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the tallest free standing mountain on Earth and the highest point on the African continent.
One of the most prominent reasons why we are taking on this challenge is to raise money for Myton Hospice, an excellent charity which provides care for those in special need across Coventry and Warwickshire. In addition to care for the elderly, Myton Hospice understands that children often suffer terrible bereavement through losing a loved one. Myton Hospice’s “Rainbow Ripples” programme provides direct support to children who have been affected by the serious illness of a close relative.
We are all very excited about the prospect of climbing Mt.Kilimanjaro, however first we must raise as near to £2500 each. Every single penny raised will go directly to Myton Hospice!
