As many of you know, I am not a runner... In fact I have not run anywhere in over 20 years. I have decided to break the habit of a lifetime and join my colleagues on an epic journey to raise money for my chosen charity - Cancer Research. My goal is to run 50km (31 miles) in the month of July, no mean feat with zero training and a myriad of work and family commitments to compete with. 

Throughout the month of July, myself and my colleagues are attempting to run the distance between our two furthest office locations – London and Denver. That’s a total of 4,658 miles we need to cover between us. We are calling it the LON>DEN MARATHON
