In August I will be taking part in The Luke Campbell Challenge 2015. Most people know of my strong bond with Claire house; through my sister and the support they have given my family over many years. I know the great work they do and anything to raise awareness of the fantastic job they do and to raise money for the cause I want to be a part of. This challenge has the benefit of helping the charity and spending some time with my good friends. It will be tough but I’m sure there will be some great memories and every pound raised for Claire House goes to a very good home.

This challenge has been set up in honor of Luke Campbell.  Luke was born with a heart condition in 2011, which he has battled every day of his life.  In 2014 his family was given the sad news that no more could be done for Luke and he was placed on Palliative Care.  Throughout this terrible time Luke and his family have been supported by Claire House Children’s Hospice.  You can find out more on Claire House by talking to me or at their website http://www.claire-house.org.uk/

The Luke Campbell Challenge 2015 will take place from the 8th - 15th August 2015.  The challenge will be to walk the Anglesey Coastal Path.... all 125 miles of it!  The coastal path passes through landscape that includes a mixture of farmland, coastal heath, dunes, salt-marsh, foreshore, cliffs and a few small pockets of woodland. This includes a National Nature Reserve (NNR)
