<p>Hello all,<br /><br />I have decided to put my physical capabilities to the test by attempting to erg (row on a rowing machine) for 24hrs in order to raise money for Cardiff University Rowing Club and Help for Heroes</p>
<p>All the money raised on this page will go to Help for Heros. If you wish to contribute to both the rowing club and Help for Heroes please donate via paypal, and send the money to row24hours@hotmail.co.uk and the amount will be split 50/50. </p>
<p>I will be allowed to take a short break every hour but the rules stipulate that I must row in every hour.
