Yorkshire 3 peaks challenge · 6 June 2015

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the only charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

Our team at the Bradford Institute for Health Research are swapping our books for boots on the 6th June to take on the challenge of walking 25 miles, over three of Yorkshire's greatest hills in 12 hours.

With improving support for stroke survivors being at the heart of what we do, we are doing this in aid of the Stroke Association. All your donations will also help to support one of their local affiliated groups in Shipley. The group have provided fantastic support for our research and it is time to give something back and help them with the great work that they do for both stroke survivors and their carers.

We really appreciate all of your donations, please share and help us reach our target!
