On Friday 8th June I'll be taking part in the Warner Music Wild Tri. 50km of cycling, climbing up and down a mountain and 5km in a canoe.

Warner Music’s Wild Tri is a triathlon charity challenge taking place in the Lake District.

The event has been designed to raise money for the important work done by Centrepoint.

All of the money raised will help to transform the futures of vulnerable young people and young families facing homelessness in London - providing them with housing, health
and learning.
