Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

You have taken the first steps to the fantastic opportunity of sponsoring both myself and Tim as we run the Loch Ness Marathon in double quick time.  However not only will we be running the Marathon we also promise to:

Stretch thoroughly.

Wear extremely tight (yet well ventilated) vibrant clothing.

Dedicate at least 2 to 250 strides to each sponsor (depending on amount sponsored).

Speak in authentic (ish) Scottish accents during our visit.

Devote at least 15 minutes searching for the monster.

and use a whole tub of Vaseline to avoid chaffing.

We would also love to raise as much money as possible for Headway, a charity which supports those who have suffered head injuries in one form or another.  As some of you may know my Dad was in a road traffic accident when he was in his late twenties resulting in a head injury which left him in a coma and when he woke up the loss of his ability to walk or talk.  If it wasn't for the support of Headway I am sure there is no way that my Dad would be the adventurer that he is today.  Acquired head injuries are increasing by over a million year in the UK which makes your sponsorship extremely important and any amount you wish to sponsor will be very much appreciated.

Many thanks,

Tom and Tim
