Hello and thank you for even looking at my “just giving” site. As you are probably already aware I am running the 2010 London Marathon, for my chosen charity the RNLI (lifeboats). I am aiming to run the marathon in under 4 hours which I think is a respectable time for a short fat man.

I know this is a difficult time with the “credit crunch” and first month after Christmas, but please dig deep and sponsor me as little or as much as you can afford because at the end of the day every little helps.

I would also like to thank everyone who kindly sponsored me last year for the Great North Run and with your help I raised £940 for the altzimers association.
