I'm just coming to the end of the 25th year since I was diagnosed with testicular cancer.  Thanks to the skills of the surgeon and oncologists I'm still here!  I've been cycling again to get back to something like full fitness.  I'm going to cycle from St David's in Pembrokeshire back home - a coastal ride of about 50 miles.  I'm raising money for Cancer Research UK to mark my own anniversary and in memory of those family and friends who have succumbed to cancer already.
