We are running the 10K this year in aid of CALM, a charity close to our hearts that does some great work with young men suffering from mental health. Last year we tragically lost our wonderful friend Phil, who had suffered with mental health for a long time, not that he ever let this effect anyone else. He was a kind caring and positive person, always had a smile on his face even during his tougher times. Unfortunately during these times he didn't know who to turn to who where to seek help and he didn't want to burden us. That's why we think it is so important to promote charities like CALM, because they can offer the support to people in Phil's situation. Myself and Tom arent runners, nor do we enjoy it but if Phil could stay smiling through everything I think we can manage a little jog round town! Please give what you can or simply share to spread awareness of the charity. Thank you
