After close family members and friends being affected by cancer I've decided to raise money for Macmillan by running the Tough Mudder http://toughmudder.co.uk/ a 12 mile course designed by Military Special Forces and I am sure going to push me to my very limit. I will be doing this as part of a team from Basingstoke School of Martial Arts and there is of 9 of us taking part. We will start as a team and finish as one.
