Story
I’m running the Great South Run next w/e for St Mungo’s, who offer direct support to prevent and rehabilitate homelessness in London - something quite pertinent today as increasing numbers of UK families are sadly contending with the crisis of having their homes repossessed..
St Mungo’s isn’t a fashionable charity, they don’t give out coloured ribbons or commission Saatchi style ad campaigns. They are an earnest charity where the money I hope to raise by running like gump round Portsmouth will provide tangible, on the ground benefits to an ever increasing number of marginalised, homeless individuals and families facing the pretty horrendous prospect of life on the streets of London this coming winter.
Check out the link above, it takes a few minutes and any size of donation would be really appreciated!
THANKS!
