You may be thinking: 'Not the Great North Run again!' You can rest assured that I am thinking the same thing and am really not looking forward to the pain on Sunday night. But...the Leprosy Mission is a great cause and this may well be the last time that I put myself and my knees through this so please give as much as you are able to do!
