Bath Half Marathon 2012 · 11 March 2012 ·

Trust PA Spinal Injury Charity, was set up in memory of Paul-Andre Blundell (PA), who was totally paralysed during a rugby tackle and later died. He had hoped to benefit from the work to restore movement and sensation. TPA funds pioneering repair operations as seen on BBC TV. 10-12 more needed asap.

Story

Hello everyone,

I am running the bath half marathon on the 11th of March. I have literally just signed up so this is all very last minute. Ultimately for me this is a step towards doing the proper marathon... and realistically the only reason I want to do that is to beat the old man's time.

I am running for a charity called trust pa. Here is a little about them:

"Helping spinally injured people by relieving their difficulties and aiding their recovery. We do this by helping to fund the vital pre-clinical studies to provide safe new groundbreaking treatments, which are being designed to end the permanace of spinal cord injury paralysis. we do this in the the memory of Paul-Andre Blundell"

As you can see it is a very worthy cause so please give generously.

Thanks
