Hello everyone, it has been over four years since the nostalgia of the London 2007 marathon and as such it is time to dust off those running boots and put in the hard yards again.

This November I am running the Men's Health -Survival of the Fittest alongside some of my best friends from university. For further information look no further than the filming exploits of Chris Ash.

This year I will be raising money for Cancer Research UK who have supported my Dad over the past couple of years. I'd love you all to come down and watch on the 12 Nov as I battle my way through mud, fire and whatever other obstacles Sout London has to offer.
