This year I am taking on the British Heart Foundations 65 mile challenge from Winchester to Hove over the South Downs way.  This takes place over 1 day on 31st July.   It is one of the toughest off road bike rides in the UK.

Andrew Brooks from Hove, Tony Charman from Hassocks and myself will be riding in memory of our friend Michael Nunn. He was a very popular guy and did a huge amount for charity himself, he died suddenly and unexpectedly of a heart condition so it makes it even more poignant for us. We hope to raise as much sponsorship as we can for the BHF to help them fund vital heart research to help families in the future.

We would be grateful for any support you can give us, small or large!
