<p>Hi everyone, for the first time I am running the London marathon.</p> <p>I'll &nbsp;by honest, I thought that this would be ok, then I went for a run; its going to be a nightmare. 400 metres was a painful race at school, but 8 miles after no fitness brings a new meaning to the word pain.
