My friend Tom wants to raise money for a charity close to his heart, Caring For Life. Here is his story…..... 

"Hi I'm Tom Tharmaratnam and I am a retired 73 year old  man who lost my sight completely some 20 years ago and I plan to push my muscles and staying power to the limit by completing 420 press-ups over the course of 14 days (from Monday 25th May) to raise money for Caring For Life. I will complete this task whilst being video recorded.
