Like me, I suspect you may not be aware of this amazing charity, which has supported two members of my Elian Guernsey team in the last 12 months (that's 2 out of 20 staff!).  Both ladies have faced life-changing challenges - their lives have literally been turned upside down.  Quite frankly their strength has been inspirational to me.

IBDSG are a relatively young charity and are seeking to raise £100,000 in order to provide a permanent nurse on-Island to support current and future sufferers of this disease.  I can honestly say that, by donating to this cause, we will be making a collective difference. The States of Guernsey do not provide them with support for their activities (a challenge faced by many local good causes).

I'm reluctant to shout too much about the boxing and training involved.  It is the cause that I hope will inspire you to donate.  Very briefly, WCB will involve 12 weeks of boxing training and culminate on 16 April with a black tie evening and, for me, 3 x 2mins rounds with a likeminded "contender" in the Guernsey finance industry.

Please dig deep! ... and hopefully many of you can also attend on the night to encourage my opponent to land lots of punches on the Jersey Man!
