Right.....everybody who has a spare pound please think about how much you need it and instead of putting it in your piggy bank donate it to a worthy cause. 

I will be humiliating myself by attempting to run a couple of miles and as if thats not enough all competitors are dressed up as santa (in the photo's I will be the one at the back).
