Story
On Sunday May 23 I ran 10km around my de facto home city of Hull in an effort to raise as much money as possible for the very worthy Cystic Fibrosis Trust. It's a very unpleasant disease which doesn't get a great deal of publicity and which one of my schoolfriends died from at the age of 16, so please give generously.
Having set myself an estimated time of 55 minutes, I delighted myself by completing the run in 47min 54sec. I set a relatively low financial target on this page and focused on collecting sponsors in old-fashioned pen and paper format, but there is still scope for you all to donate after the event. Thank you.
