Between 28/2/10 - 4/3/10 I will be cycling 438km with Laurence Dallaglio and many other fundraisers on the 4th stage of the 'Dallaglio Cycle Slam'. This means that I will be cycling from Twickenham - Fishguard (via Cardiff).

The charities I will be doing this in conjunction with the Dallaglio foundation, whos main benefactor is Cancer Resarch UK,  and  and Sport Relief and all the money that I raise will be split between these two very worthy causes. 

It is estimated that during the 5 days that I will be on the bike it is estimated 1,875 people will die of cancer in this country, so please dig deep and donate now.
