We help young people to 'sea beyond their horizon'.

Story

On Saturday 5th July 2009, Tomas Capewell sadly lost his life in a car accident. Tomas was just 17.

omas (also known as Tom, TJ or Gizmo) was a popular young man, always happy and smiling. He truly loved life.

TJ always made time for people, young and old. He had a heart of gold and loved making people happy. TJ’s first passion was sailing and he was looking forward to a career in sailing. TJ will be missed by so many people. As TJ was a kind natured individual who was always eager to help everybody and because his first passion was sailing, as a lasting memorial his family would like donations to be made to the Tall Ships Youth Trust. The donations would be used to sponsor young people from the Devonshire area, who are disadvantaged in some way or have made a considerable effort to over come a difficulty so they can experience the Adventure of sail training with the Tall Ships Youth Trust.
