I&rsquo;ve completed a few sponsored bike rides but this will be the best challenge yet, the ride starts from Cardiff and ends in Tenby; 100 miles; in 7 hours.</p> <p>There are 650 people taking part this year which includes myself, Geraint Stone, Phil Collins and a few more friends.</p> <p>So please dig deep and donate.
