Tom and Lee's Excellent Adventure · 25 March 2013

The Fishermen's Mission is the only national charity working solely to support active and retired fishermen and their families by providing practical, financial and pastoral support. Fishing is dangerous and unpredictable. Hardship and tragedy are facts of everyday life in the UK’s fishing industry.

Story

Thanks for taking time to visit my Just Giving page...

I'm Tom Hassall and I'm 13 years old - my dad is Lee Hassall.  We're walking 250 miles across Spain on the Camino de Santiago on our excellent father/son bonding adventure -  I've come along to look after my dad.  Lee did the walk and then took the trip with my sister Isobel when she was 13.  Then my mum did it too (by herself to get away from us lot!).  Dad does lots of work with the fishing industry and we know just how dangerous it is and how many lives are lost every year - so we're raising money for The Fishermen's Mission - hope you can help us - we've asked for any money donated to go particularly to the Brixham branch.  Hope you can help us - follow our story on facebook and here
