On 6th December 2009 I will be doing a 5km run in Greenwich Park to raise money for The Institute of Cancer Research. Working with the Royal Marsden, the Institute of Cancer Research is one of the world's leading cancer research organisations, researching the causes, prevention, diagnosis and methods of treatment of cancer. So please help me raise a big bag of cash to help them continue doing a jolly good job.

Oh yea, I'll be doing the run dressed as Santa. You were kind of expecting that bit weren't you? They'll be about 1000 Santas running there that day - do come and support if you can, it should be a sight! I'll be the one with the beard.
