Thank you for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am trading the heels for a 35km mountain bike ride, an overnight camp (really) followed by a 30km hike.  So, Shadow (our black Labrador) and I are trading the Sunday stroll and pub for a more serious and regular form of training!

Place 2 Be is a wonderful children's mental health charity.  It supports 300 primary and secondary schools, across the UK, together with training mental health counsellors.  During 2018, they have supported 45,000 children dealing with many complex issues surrounding bullying, self harm, poverty & deprivation emotional & physical abuse and supported children living in complex home situations caring for parents or dealing with alcohol and drug abuse.
