Post Run Update

We've now done the run and I'm pleased to say that I was not last, in fact there were some 17000 people who took longer than my 59 minutes 51 seconds!  This is  iceing on the cake as I'm pleased to have finished at all.

We had a great day and it was good fun.  I came second amongst the Cyber Media Solutions team.

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

When asked if I would like to join the run  I recalled  that I have previously run a couple of half marathons. The bit that I forgot to recall is that my running days were 30 years ago!  

My (much younger) collegues think of me as decrepit and so I'm trying hard not to prove them right.  I keep telling myself its good for for my health.

Having known someone with alzheimers I can't think of a better oganisation to support than the The Alzheimers Society.  Please support me in fundraising for this organisation
