Claire and I are entering the Stratford Triathlon on September 27th as part of "‪#‎Team‬ Helen", there are 200 of us in the team, all raising money for Cancer Research and Birmingham Childrens Hospital, in memory of "Helen" who was sadly taken from us far too early, these were her chosen charities.
