<p>My mum died just under 4 years ago from autoimmune liver disease.&nbsp; Basically the liver self-destructs. And we all know you can't live without a liver. It's a debilitating and terminal disease and although my mum&nbsp;fought it with incredible courage, there was only ever going to be one outcome. Research is leading to progress, however, and the British Liver Trust is at the forefront of funding that research.</p> <p>I'm climbing Kilimanjaro next February with a buddy of mine to raise money for the British Liver Trust.&nbsp;</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
