Well... I'm so happy to see how supportive all my friends, clients and family have been! Thankyou all soooo much. I can't believe it's next week! No more stupid early morning runs, time to wind down...

I have always said i will run a marathon before i'm 30! The 2012 London marathon falls just four days before my big 30! (Cutting it fine, i know!)</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I have chosen the Rainbow Centre as the charity I would like to raise money for, as they are local to me and I know the money wont get swallowed up and lost forever, it will be used in a constructive and beneficial way to those who need it most, whether that be in staffing, facilities or just so they can keep up the excellent service they provide! </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">What Rainbow do</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">We inspire and motivate</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">At The Rainbow Centre we inspire and support children with Cerebral Palsy and adults with a stroke, MS and Parkinson’s disease and their families. Through a system of learning called Conductive Education we encourage and teach our children/participants to take an active role in their own development. Our children/participants learn new ways to become active and happy individuals who are proud of their own achievements and ready for life’s challenges.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">I’m now an age where most of my friends have children or are planning a family.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">What is Cerebral palsy? You can have a completely 'normal' pregnancy; Cerebral Palsy is caused by an injury to the brain before, during, or shortly after birth. It can happen to anyone. </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt;"><span style="font-family: Calibri; font-size: small;">I think the Rainbow centre is a Fantastic Charity! Please help me raise money for a very worthwhile and local cause. I’m going for £5,000 and I’m planning fundraisers later this year!
