<p>I am raising money for Sir Michael Sobell House Hospice, where my wonderful dad, Pete, spent his last days, in January this year. The hospice is an amazing facility providing incredible care and support for patients and their families. My family feel incredibly lucky that Dad was able to benefit from the dedication of the medical team and volunteers during his stay, from the moment he was admitted we felt that our hands were being held through the devastating time by caring and compassionate professionals. </p>
<p>The hospice needs charitable funding to continue its excellent work for other families like ours.</p>
<p>I am running the Cambodia Half Marathon on 4th December, alongside a group of wonderful friends. This a huge challenge for me, for the last few years I have 'trotted' with my friends twice a week - but always focused on the coffee at the end! This is going to be tough!</p>
