Tough Guy 2016 - WJIM

Tough Guy The Original 2016 · 31 January 2016 ·
In July 2015, we lost our close friend Josh Sutherland to the mental illness that is the biggest killer of men under 50. Whilst almost 1 million people currently suffer from depression in the UK, there still aren't sufficient services available to support these people. We want to change this.
On 31st January, 15 heroic/foolish ladies and gentlemen will run Tough Guy 2016 to remember our great friend and to support the fantastic mental health charity, Mind. The race claims to be the toughest obstacle course in the world - we'll be defeating flooded tunnels, frozen lakes and running through fire (and that's once we've completed the 15km run).
If you feel you would like to support this cause and charity, we are truly very grateful.
Thank you for reading our story and fingers crossed for a sunny January in Wolverhampton!
